Payments, Shipping & Returns

Payment:
We currently accept payments via iPay88, bank transfer, and Public Bank QRPay.
- For bank transfer: After receiving the order confirmation email, proceed to transfer the total amount to the account. Upload your transaction document, screenshot, or scanned copy once payment is made.
Delivery Time & Charges:
Please allow 3 working days for order processing before shipping. Delivery within Malaysia takes approximately 1-3 working days (may extend to 3-5 working days for ODA areas). International shipping inquiries can be emailed to us.
Duties & Taxes:
Inkling Studio is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees on international packages. You will be billed directly by customs upon arrival.
Orders within Malaysia:
We fulfill orders within Malaysia using EasyParcel for shipping. Please allow at least 3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding official public holidays) for order processing before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your package via SMS or email.
Delivery time within Malaysia is estimated to be 1-3 working days, with a potential extension to 3-5 working days for addresses in out-of-delivery (ODA) areas.
Shipment charges are based on auto-calculation by EasyParcel.
International Orders:
International customers may incur additional customs and import fees depending on the policies of their country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility, so please consider this when placing international orders.
Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final. We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Before contacting us, ensure you have checked with the shipping service for tracking updates, as parcels are considered in the receiver’s purview once they leave our facility. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
Refunds & Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Damaged / Incorrectly Sent Item(s):
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund your payment, including postage costs, or exchange it. Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
Email us within 14 days of receiving the item with your full name, order number, shipping address, clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and a brief description of the damage. Pack the item properly, retain the postal receipt, and we will inform you once we receive it. Refunds or exchanges may take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
